saya gemuk....

entry kali niy pasal saya gemuk..yeah!!!!betul...saya gemuk sebab byk makan,,,tapi skang sy follow stict dietly,,hehe..alhamdullilah mcm dah kurus sikit..skarang tgah hard gler nak kurus by doing jogging,,not take rice and any karbohydrate..wah..kau boleh???hahahah..ini cuma untuk satu bulan jer...


kalau uolls nak kurus..make sure ualls ader dicipline yang sgt tgi..kalau tak..confirm tak jdi punyer...
so menu yang sepatutnyer yang sholud u all amik contoh: ayam,ikan,udang,dgg lembu,,dgg kambing and sgala jenis dgg..tapi do not take octopus taw....jgn sekali2 sebab sotong niy carbohydrate sgt tgi taw..

n the most important do not take any rice..ta kire lah white or brown rice taw...
then u should take lots of protein taw...bialah kiter sacrifices skit untuk bdn kiter taw...n jgn luper exercise taw...nti confirm lemak2 korg jatuh..hehehehehe......
